NKO Machines offers a unique bevelling solution that combines two bevelers with a 3D adaptive system.

• UZ15 RAPID creates weld-ready bevels on various materials, including iron, steel (up to 87,000 PSI), stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum. It handles plate thicknesses from 0.2" to 1.6" (5-40 mm), with minimum plate dimensions of 2.75" (70 mm) width and 5.9" (150 mm) length.
• The beveling angle is continuously adjustable from 15° to 50° without part replacement. Both the pressure bar and workpiece support units feature height adjustment with visible graduated scales.
• Versatile positioning allows for horizontal or vertical attachment to the workpiece. When used with the trolley, it can be inverted to bevel the plate's bottom side, enabling both X and K bevel types.
• Easy 180° attachment to the trolley for enhanced flexibility.
• Inversion capability allows for double-sided beveling without the need to flip or rotate heavy materials.
• Features a unique tool-free clamping system for quick assembly and disassembly. The trolley's lift handle adjusts the machine to the optimal working height.
• Functions as both a stationary and mobile beveling station.

MANIPULATOR 3D

• The manipulator allows for quick 180° rotation of the UZ15 RAPID, enabling double-sided XK bevels without the need for a crane to rotate materials, significantly reducing work time.
• A unique Quick System allows for tool-free assembly and disassembly of the UZ15 RAPID within seconds.
• The UZ15 RAPID "floats" on the MANIPULATOR 3D, compensating for uneven floor surfaces.
• MANIPULATOR 3D enables easy handling and positioning of the beveler.
• The machine's height can be easily adjusted using the lift handle on the MANIPULATOR 3D.
• Large wheels on the carriage provide smooth mobility.
