UZ12-ultralight bevelling system
The UZ12-ultralight beveling system is the lightest beveling system with automatic feeding available on the market, offering a maximum bevel width of 12mm.
It is the lightest double-sided plate beveler with automatic feeding, designed and manufactured by NKO MACHINES, introducing a new level of capability. The development focused on ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in every component, with a steel frame, aluminum alloy worm gearbox, aluminum alloy cabinet, and an adjustable angle kit.
- The UZ12 ULTRALIGHT creates welding-ready bevels on linear plates made from any shearable material, including iron, steel (up to 101,526 PSI / 70 kg/mm²), stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum. It bevels materials ranging from 0.12" to 1.38" (3 to 35 mm) thick, with a minimum plate width of 2.56" (65 mm) and a plate length of 1.18" (30 mm), depending on the angle.
- Capable of beveling tubes with an internal diameter (ID) of 3.75" (95 mm).
- Operates with incredibly quiet performance.
- The beveling angle is adjustable with the help of kits for the desired angle, with available options including 30°, 45°, 37.5°, 22.5°, and 50°.
- The pressure bar unit and supporting unit are height-adjustable and feature a visible graduated scale for precision.
- The machine can be attached to the workpiece in either a horizontal or vertical position and inverted to bevel the underside of the plate. Both X and K bevels can be produced.
- The machine is lightweight, requiring only one person to operate the UZ12 ULTRALIGHT.
- Inversion allows for the creation of a double-sided bevel, eliminating the need to rotate or flip heavy materials.
- It functions as both a stationary and moveable station.
